Terms of use
Last updated 28 July 2026
These terms cover your use of dataaustralia.org, which is run by Data Australia ("we", "us"), a consultancy based in Perth, Western Australia. By using this site, you agree to them.
Information, not advice
This site describes our services in general terms. It isn't advice for your specific situation, and you shouldn't rely on it as a substitute for talking to us, or to the relevant professional, about your own business before acting.
Quotes and engagements
Prices on this site are starting points, shown in Australian dollars. Every project is quoted in writing as a single figure for your scope, and it's that written quote and agreement, not this website, that governs any work we do for you.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing on this site or in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded by agreement.
Our content
The text, design and images on this site belong to Data Australia. You're welcome to read, share and link to them; please don't copy them for commercial use without asking us first.
Other companies' names
Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Salesforce is a trademark of Salesforce, Inc. We're an independent consultancy: we set up and configure these products for clients, but we're not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic or Salesforce.
Liability
We look after this site carefully, but we can't promise it will always be available, complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, and always subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law above, we're not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to other websites, we don't control them and aren't responsible for what they contain.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts of Western Australia.
