Claude and Salesforce,
set up around how you work
Claude is an AI assistant that reads, writes and answers questions. Salesforce keeps your customers and sales in one place. We set up either one for small and mid-sized businesses, built around how you already operate, with your people trained to run it.
Not sure which fits? and we'll talk it through.
The kind of work we take on
Why Data Australia
You'll know what you're getting
before we start
The scope goes in writing first: what we're setting up, what it costs, and when it's done. From there the work runs in your own accounts and systems, and it finishes with your team trained to run it. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it and trains your team.
The scope in writing
Before work starts you'll have a written scope, a single price and a timeline. If something needs to change part-way, we bring it to you first.
Weeks, not months
Most projects run two to four weeks once the scope is signed off, and you see the work taking shape along the way rather than at a final reveal.
Tested on your real work
We set things up around your documents, your processes and your tools, then check them against real examples from your business before anyone relies on them.
Your team runs it
We train your people and hand over plain-English documentation. Ongoing help is available if you want it, but it isn't required.
What's always included
- A written scope, price and timeline before we start
- The set-up, done in your own accounts and systems
- Testing against real examples from your business
- Training for the people who'll use it
- Plain-English documentation
- Handover of everything: it's yours

What we do
Two ways we help
Putting Claude onto the routine reading, writing and admin in your business, and setting up Salesforce so customer and sales information lives in one place. We call each one a quick start: one project, one price, a fixed finish line. Each has its own page with the detail: what's involved, how it runs, and what it costs.
Put Claude to work in your business
Claude can draft replies and documents, answer questions from your own files, and summarise long material. We set it up on your business's own Claude plan, connect it to your documents, test it on real examples, and train your staff, with a person reviewing what goes out.
Get Salesforce working for your team
We set Salesforce up around how you sell and serve customers: your records moved in and tidied, the screens and steps matched to your process, routine work automated, and your team trained on it.
Not sure which you need, or need both? and we'll walk through it with you.
How it works
Three steps to something live
Scope call
A short call to work out what you need, what's in and out, and where the finish line is. You come away with a written scope, a timeline and a price before committing to anything.
Build
We do the set-up in your own accounts and systems, against the scope we agreed, and check in with you as it takes shape.
Handover
We put it live, train your team, and hand over the documentation. From there, your people run it.
A sense of the work
What this looks like in practice
Two worked examples of the kind of project we scope, so you can see what the finished thing looks like. Every real project is shaped around the business it's for.
Example scope: Claude drafts replies from your own documents, your policies, pricing and past replies, not the open internet. It follows your tone and templates, and anything sensitive, like discounts, credit or legal wording, goes to a person. We test it on your real past emails before anyone relies on it.
Illustrative example, not a client resultExample scope: we move your existing records in and check them against the originals, so the links between customers, contacts and deals stay intact. The stages, screens and weekly reports match how the team already sells.
Illustrative example, not a client resultPricing
One price, agreed upfront
Projects start from A$10,000. After a short call we quote a single figure for your scope, and you approve it before any work starts.
A single figure
One price for the whole project, based on the scope we agree together, not an hourly rate.
Based on your scope
The call works out what's in and what's out, and the quote reflects that: your project, not a generic tier.
Changes agreed first
If the scope needs to shift part-way, we bring the change and its cost to you before doing the work.
Want a figure for your project? and we'll put a quote together.
