Put Claude to work
in your business
Claude is an AI assistant that reads, writes and answers questions. In two to four weeks, once the scope is signed off, we set it up to take on real work in your business: drafting replies and documents, answering questions from your own files, summarising long material, with your people reviewing what goes out.

The kind of work Claude can take on
What's included
What you actually get
On the call we pick the specific job Claude will do in your business. Then we set it up, test it and hand it over. Here's what a typical quick start includes.
What we set up
- Claude on your business's own Team or Enterprise plan, so everything belongs to you
- Instructions written and refined so Claude does the job your way: your tone, your templates, your rules
- Claude connected to your own documents and systems, so answers come from your files rather than the open internet
- Clear limits on what it can and can't do, with anything important routed to a person
- Testing against real examples from your business before anyone relies on it
What you walk away with
- Claude doing a real job in your business, not a demo
- Staff trained on how to use it, and where to double-check it
- Plain-English documentation of how it's set up
- The test examples, so you can re-check quality whenever something changes
- Everything in your own account, with no dependence on us
Certificates
We hold expertise across both platforms we implement.
Claude: Claude Platform 101.
Salesforce: Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, Administrator, Platform App Builder, AI Associate and Associate.
What we need from you
Your side of it
A quick start runs smoothly when a few things are in place on your side. We tell you exactly what we need before any work starts.
From your team
- One person on your side who can make decisions and answer questions
- Access to the documents or records the work depends on
- A couple of hours of your team's time for training near the end
Your own licences
- A Claude Team or Enterprise plan in your business's name
- Anthropic bills you for that plan directly, and it is separate from our fee
- Buying it yourself is why the account, and everything in it, stays yours
How it works
Three steps to Claude doing real work
Scope call
A short call to pick the job Claude will do, agree what's in and out, and set the finish line. You leave with a written scope, a timeline and a price before committing to anything.
Build & test
We set Claude up on your business's plan, connect your documents and systems, and test it against real examples from your business. You see it working as it comes together.
Handover & training
We put it live, train your team on using it day to day, and hand over the documentation. From there, your people run it.
What it looks like
A concrete example of scope
One worked example of a quick start, to make it concrete. The real scope gets set with you on the call, around the work your business actually does.
Example scope: your team answers customer emails in Claude. Your policies, price list and best past replies go into a shared workspace, so drafts are grounded in your own documents rather than the open internet. We write the instructions that set the tone, the templates and the rules you already follow, plus explicit limits: anything consequential, like a refund, a contract or a complaint, is routed to a person instead of answered. Before go-live we test against a batch of real past emails and compare the drafts with what was actually sent, then hand the test set over so you can re-run it when your policies change.

When this fits
A quick start is the right tool for a specific, well-defined job, not for everything. Here's when it's a fit, and when it's better to wait.
A great fit if…
- There's a routine job you can already name: replying to common emails, drafting standard documents, answering staff questions from your policies
- You want it doing real work, with your people still deciding what goes out
- You have, or are happy to set up, a Claude Team or Enterprise plan for the business
- You want your own team running it afterwards
Probably not yet if…
- You're still weighing up whether AI is worth it for your business. Start with a call rather than a project
- You're after a company-wide rollout across many teams, which is a bigger program than a quick start
- The documents or information Claude would rely on can't be shared yet
What we will not do
Where we draw the line
Better to say this now than halfway through a project.
Not part of a quick start
- We do not resell Claude or Salesforce licences. You buy those directly, so the accounts stay yours
- We do not start work without a signed scope
- We do not run an ongoing help desk. If you want help after handover we can arrange it separately
- We do not build custom software
- We will not tell you Claude is accurate without a person checking its work
Pricing
From A$10,000
The quick start is quoted as a single figure for your scope, starting from A$10,000. You approve the number before any work begins.
A single figure
One price for the whole project, based on the scope we agree together, not an hourly rate.
What moves the price
How many jobs Claude takes on, how many places it needs to read from, how many people need training, and whether it has to connect to other systems you run.
Changes agreed first
If the scope needs to shift part-way, we bring the change and its cost to you before doing the work.
Want a figure for your project? and we'll put a quote together.
